About Me

Teaching movement/dance to students is the greatest job in the world!  I started dancing at the age of three and have always loved to move in new and creative ways!!!  I graduated with a BFA in modern dance from the University of Utah and a M.Ed. in Curriculum and Instruction Creative Arts in Learning from Lesley University.  I have performed and taught all over the world and enjoy teaching and bringing the magic of dance to students’ and teachers with performances, dance classes, chorography, and professional development workshops.  I am a dance educator for the Beverly Taylor Sorenson Arts Learning Program where I inspire hundreds of students to learn, create, and perform through the art form of dance.  When I am not at school, I enjoy dancing, traveling to national parks and exploring them, as well as playing the winter sport of curling.  I am very excited to be apart of the Parkview community for the 2020-2021 school year!!!
